This place is a dump… a party of 20 ppl went we all paid the lady at the front accused one of us of not paying we all had receipts to prove we paid.. The guy Matt made some racist remarks about black ppl and called the cops on us… he refused to refund us never will step foot in this place again terrible service… Brooklyn police came and apologized to us and told us to call corporate they think the Matt guy is the owner terrible customer service if he is

Used to come here when I was a kid and I remember everything being better. Workers looked happier, place felt clean, food was better quality. Now it’s like management doesn’t care about this place anymore. There’s this weird smell like the carpet hasn’t been deep cleaned in who knows how long. Most of the food looks old and poorly prepared. The protein options are all fatty except the fish which feels very cheap. Way too many carb options compared to meat. Most of the food feels more like school cafeteria food. The workers are still welcoming but you can kinda see they’re not happy with the conditions they’re working in. Thankfully the price is still low, $13.50, but overall not the best. I remember the bathroom being horrendous when I was a kid so I’m not even gonna check it out. They should close the restaurant for a week and give it a deep cleaned or something because the smell was one of the first things I noticed. I forgot to mention the dessert has always been good. The ice cream seems questionable but they’ve always been on the money with their dessert. My favorite is their bread pudding.

This place was absolutely disgusting. No clean tables and the female's restroom was atrocious. Asked for a refund and the manager told me I had to call the boss tomorrow to get my refund because I got cash back to Tip. I ask him to call the boss so he can tell him how to give me my refund. This place has been going down for years but come on now. Please do better. PS I did show the manager the pictures of the bathroom.

As a family with five sons, this is our go-to dining option and we definitely get our money's worth. The servers have always been great about making sure our drinks stay filled and dirty dishes get taken away. A bit of an accessibility struggle in a wheelchair AND a big family, but they have always been able to accommodate us.
